HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Find the product(s) you would like to purchase on the NEAT Glass website.
Select the quantity that you require and click “Add to Basket”.
You will be taken to the Checkout page.
You will be asked to enter your delivery address and billing address details.
Review the order to see if all items and details are correct.
Check the Terms & Conditions
Continue to payment.

All payments are processed using Stripe.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order fulfillment on all orders placed on theneatglass.uk.

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order in case of any of the following reasons:
The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address provided
Force Majeure
In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website’s information

DATA CHECK

NEAT Glass may run checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to the order. Any orders found made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation.

PRICES & CURRENCY

The product prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Delivery costs are also included in the product prices.
Delivery times and shipping costs are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed in the checkout.

Price Changes:

NEAT Glass reserves the right to change the price of a product without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Products:

All orders made on theneatglass.uk website for delivery within Europe are dispatched from the UK. We do not ship outside Europe.
We ship from Monday to Friday excluding local public holidays.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays, we aim to get all the orders out for shipment within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.
Tracking details, if applicable, are included in the dispatch email confirmation.

Personalised / Engraved / Customised Products:

All orders made on theneatglass.uk website for delivery within Europe are dispatched from the UK. We do not ship outside Europe.
We ship from Monday to Friday excluding local public holidays.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays, we aim to get all the orders out for shipment within 48 hours of the completion and inspection of any personalisation, engraving, or customisation.
Tracking details, if applicable, are included in the dispatch email confirmation.

NEAT Glass cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following reasons:

Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attacks or threats of a terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of a public or private telecommunications network.

Free standard delivery is only available on all orders.
Your order will be dispatched on our standard delivery service (3-5 days). Offer available for a limited time only.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

NEAT Glass promotions are available for limited periods of time, which will be displayed on all promotions. 

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code may be used per order.

NEAT Glass reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

The usage of discount codes is subject to stock availability and may be restricted by period.
